Why rent a villa rather than a hotel room?

What are the villas?
You will have at least one bedroom with a king size bed, a full bathroom, a roof and a portatil fan, a storage space for your personal effects, a safe, a swimming pool and a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

 

Is there a caretaker?
We have a concierge service, which will be available 24/7.

 

Do I have to pay for the services offered?
The maintenance and cleaning done by our staff is included in the price.
Associated services such as laundry, transportation, vehicle rental, activities and tours are at your expense.

How to get to the domain from the airport?
We will get in touch with you before arrival, to book taxi transportation from the airport if necessary.
The cost of the taxi will be at your expense.

Is the villa shared with other customers?
No, you have your own personal space in complet privacy.

What facilities can we use at the villa?
All villas are unique in design and architecture. The most important feature of our villa rental is the private pool, which is exclusive for your use and the members of your traveling group. The other facilities of the villa can include relaxation areas, private cinema, a private access to the beach, ping pong table, etc.

How can I access the activities and tours that are offered on your site?
To make any reservation, whether it is for services, activities or excursions, simply ask our manager, who is on site from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and available via phone or whats app.

Is it possible to include additional guests later?

If your villa contains the right number of beds yes, it will however be subject to an additional cost.

Are there any hidden fees I should be aware of?

The villa rental does not include food, transportation, activities, tax or gratuities. Our villa rental agreements will specify what is or is not included in the rental price.

How far is the beach?

The beach is down a 5 minutes stroll via a private path from the domain.

Yes the internet service is specific to each villa and included in the price.
